Orders placed on working days by 3pm are processed immediately. Exception for orders placed on holidays and days before holidays which are processed on the first working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

The BRT trackings are sent to customers directly from the system on the emails released during the purchase phase.

DELIVERY FAILURE

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with SALDISSIMO.IT and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (WRONG/INCOMPLETE TELEPHONE NUMBER, WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, ABSENT RECIPIENT, REFUSAL OF DELIVERY), any shipping costs, storage and administrative charges are at paid by the customer. They will be deducted from the refund due.
