REFUND PROCEDURE will refund the customer via PayPal or the payment method used in the transaction within 2 days of the goods returning to our offices.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, reserves the right to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

Under no circumstances will the amount relating to shipping costs incurred for sending the goods be refunded.

The refund will take place when the goods have returned to our offices and all the necessary conditions requested have been assessed, in any case within 2-3 days of receipt of the return.

Items you choose to return will be fully refunded, with the exception of the original shipping costs (in the case of an order below the minimum threshold).

As soon as we receive your return, we will check the integrity of the items. We kindly ask you to wait for our confirmation of acceptance via email (verification may take up to 2 working days).

The procedure for refunding the purchase amount will take place exclusively via PayPal or the payment method used in the transaction (credit/prepaid card) or bank transfer (in this case the customer must provide their IBAN in the same refund request email).

You should see the credit in your account within the next 5 days, however please note that these times may vary depending on banking procedures. If you do not see the refund on your account after 7 days of delivery of the return, do not hesitate to contact us.

The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.


Below is a summary of return, exchange and refund costs.

CASE A - Your order is below the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy under €100):

  • The returns are FREE;
  • We'll book the collection for you;
  • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will refund you the transaction amount net of the shipping costs you paid on the outward journey;
  • In case of size change, write to us by email or in chat and we will organize it at a discounted cost of €6 (this applies to Italy).

CASE B - Your order is above the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy above €100):

  • The returns cost €6;
  • We'll book the collection for you;
  • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will refund you the amount of the transaction net of €6 as "expense contribution";
  • In the event of a size change, the 1st change is considered free, the subsequent ones will be paid by the buyer and follow the same shipping costs (e.g. €6 for Italy).

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on the part of , you are required to follow the same return instructions below, specifying the reason for the return.

Shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect goods will be borne by , however reserving the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. In case of return for defective goods, will, if possible, replace the item or refund the amount. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and evaluate the conditions of the returned goods, establishing any further charges that may be necessary for the re-sale of the returned items.

All returned items are subjected to inspection by and must respect all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

In the event of defective goods or incorrect shipment by if the customer requests a size change or a new item, the request will be evaluated and authorized based on stock availability.

If the Customer requests a refund, the amount due will be credited immediately.

The credit will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement approximately 30 days after receipt and acceptance of the return.


It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages before collection and will not be able to request payment of penalties unless it is proven that the delay in delivery has caused damage. Any delays due to causes of force majeure that are absolutely unforeseeable and not dependent on our will, such as strikes, transport failures or delays, meteorological events, natural disasters or customs checks, will be excluded from the calculation of delivery days. For any dispute, only the Court of Rome will be competent.

The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt. Except during the Christmas period where returns are permitted by January 1st on It is not possible to make color and/or item substitutions. To purchase a different color and/or item you will necessarily have to place a new order.

Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

  • Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.
  • Each returned item has not been used and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
  • Products must be returned in the same original packaging and with all labels and warranty sheets
  • You must open your return request as soon as possible before the 14 days
  • Make sure you package your products well to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
  • We recommend that you keep proof of posting or send with a courier that provides a tracking number.

The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays). Except during the Christmas period where returns are allowed by December 28th


It is possible to cancel an order placed on SALDISSIMO.IT before it has been received by the customer. To do so it is necessary to inform us via Whatsapp on +39 331 337 0523, via an email sent to INFO@SALDISSIMO.IT or by calling our emergency numbers indicating the order number or name and surname of the order holder. The customer will be refunded in the manner indicated in the "Refund Policy" section. 1) a commission of €1 will be deducted from the amount based on order preparation and processing costs 2) any shipping and return costs (applies only to shipments already in transit)


All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with SALDISSIMO.IT and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (WRONG/INCOMPLETE TELEPHONE NUMBER, WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, ABSENT RECIPIENT, REFUSAL OF DELIVERY), any shipping costs, storage and administrative charges are at paid by the customer. They will be deducted from the refund due.
