RETURNS POLICY

- ITALY RETURN METHOD

Below is a summary of return costs.

CASE A - Your order is below the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy under €100):

  • The returns are FREE;
  • We will book the collection for you via BRT
  • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will refund the amount relating to the purchased garment

CASE B - Your order is above the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy above €100):

  • The returns cost €6;
  • We'll book the collection for you;
  • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will refund you the amount relating to the purchased garment net of €6 as "expense contribution"

-RETURN METHOD FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

  • EUROPE : the return will have an agreed cost of €15 as we will book the collection for you, refunding you the amount of the item purchased
  • REST OF THE WORLD: the return will have an agreed cost of €30 as we will book the collection for you, refunding you the amount of the item purchased

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for changing sizes or any customs duties which will be deducted from the refund.

-SIZE CHANGE METHOD :

Below is a summary of size change costs.

  • CASE A - Your order is below the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy under €100):

    • The size change has a discounted cost of €4 ;
    • We will book the collection for you via BRT
    • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will send you the size you want
  • CASE B - Your order is above the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. for Italy above €100):

    • The first size change is FREE; subsequent ones will cost €6 (for example for Italy)
    • We will book the collection for you via BRT;
    • Upon return, after having verified the integrity of the garment, we will send you the size you want

-RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

During the year, the package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier at the latest within 14 days , including holidays, from the date of receipt.

Communicate your desire to return a purchased item via:

  • Whatsapp , writing to number 331 337 0523 and indicating the order number to the operator
  • or Email by writing to info@saldissimo.it indicating the order number in the subject

Our operator will book via BRT and will inform you of the day on which the package will be collected. The customer will simply have to close the package well and wait for the courier on the appointed day. The BRT courier will take care of placing a shipping slip on the package which will transport the package to our offices.

Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

  • Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner.
  • Each returned item has not been used and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
  • Products must be returned in the same original packaging and with all labels and warranty sheets.
  • Make sure you package your products well to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
  • We recommend that you keep proof of posting or send with a courier that provides a tracking number.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages before collection and will not be able to request payment of penalties unless it is proven that the delay in delivery has caused damage. Any delays due to causes of force majeure that are absolutely unforeseeable and not dependent on our will, such as strikes, transport failures or delays, meteorological events, natural disasters or customs checks, will be excluded from the calculation of delivery days. For any dispute, only the Court of Rome will be competent.

In the event that we exceptionally decide to accept a non-compliant return, we reserve the right to withhold up to 60% of the refundable amount in order to cover any administrative/commercial costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

-RETURNED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG GOODS

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on the part of Saldissimo.it , you are required to follow the same return instructions below, specifying the reason for the return.

Shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect goods will be borne by S aldissimo.it , however reserving the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. In case of return for defective goods, Saldissimo.it will, if possible, replace the item or refund the amount.

Saldissimo.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and evaluate the conditions of the returned goods, establishing any further charges that may be necessary for the re-sale of the returned items.

All returned items are subjected to inspection by S aldissimo.it and must respect all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

In the event of defective goods or incorrect shipment by S aldissimo.it if the customer requests a size change or a new item, the request will be evaluated and authorized based on stock availability.

If the Customer requests a refund, the amount due will be credited immediately.

The credit will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement approximately 3 days after receipt and acceptance of the return.

-CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

To do so it is necessary to inform us via Whatsapp on +39 331 337 0523, via an email sent to INFO@SALDISSIMO.IT or by calling our emergency numbers indicating the order number or name and surname of the order holder. The customer will be refunded in the manner indicated in the "Refund Policy" section. 1) a commission of €1 will be deducted from the amount based on order preparation and processing costs 2) shipping and return costs (applies only to shipments already in transit)
